Tasks, kanban, and calendar
Every deliverable as a card with an owner, a due date, a pipeline stage, and the client it belongs to. Kanban, list, and calendar views share one set of filters.
- Custom status pipelines per service, with aging tints that show how long a card has sat
- Recurring tasks generated from subscriptions, with dependencies that unblock automatically
- Checklists, comments with @mentions, file versions, and a built-in timer on every task
Work in Voo starts with a task. Tasks come from a client request, a recurring service, an onboarding template, a support ticket, a meeting transcript, or an AI agent’s plan, and they all land on the same board.
One board, three views
Kanban for flow, list for scanning, calendar for planning the week. Filters (client, brand, team, priority, assignee, tag) persist across all three and can be saved as views and shared with the team.
Pipelines that match how you deliver
Each service can carry its own pipeline. A video service might run Ready → Editing → Review → Done; an SEO retainer might be simpler. Voo keeps the engine consistent underneath (open, in progress, awaiting review, blocked, completed) so automations and reports work across every pipeline.
Built for accountability
Every task has a short sequential number, an audit trail, time entries, and a stage-changed timestamp. Cards age visibly, blocked work is called out, and the Today queue tells each person what to pick up next.
