Clients, brands, and agencies
Model your book of business the way it actually is: agencies own clients, clients own brands, brands own subscriptions. Everything downstream inherits the scope.
- White-label agencies for holding companies and partner networks
- Per-brand voice, audience, colors, fonts, and image guidelines that feed every AI prompt
- Client health scores from delivery, billing, and engagement signals
Voo’s data model is built around how agencies work. A workspace is your company. It contains one or more agencies (your own brand, plus white-label identities if you resell). Agencies own clients, clients own brands, and brands subscribe to services.
Why brands matter
A restaurant group with five locations, a manufacturer with three product lines, a franchise with regional pages: each is one client with several brands. Voo stores voice, audience, palette, typography, logo variants, and image guidelines per brand, and every AI generation, proposal, and public page picks them up automatically.
Client portals and shareable boards
Each client gets a board you can share by link, with the widgets you choose visible to them: task progress, ad performance, invoices, deliverables. Clients can log in with a restricted role, or just open the link.
Health scores
Voo watches billing status, task throughput, response times, and engagement, and rolls them into a health score per client so account managers see who is on track, at risk, or behind before the client does.
